multiple languages in one application

How do I use two different languages in one app? I want to have the prompts vocalize numbers, etc and would like to use system prompts to do it and keep the prompt expressions simple (ie prompt = 1 + P[something.wav])

Any way to do this or am I stuck doing it from scratch?
