Can CUPS run without LDAP?

Hi All,

If I need to use personal communicator with CUPS, can I run without LDAP? Seems I cannot find option to setup local user.

Yes, you can run without LDAP. Without LDAP, you'll have to go to CUPS user option page to add contacts.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply. But would you please tell me more detail or there is any document in the web site? The user option page means "https:///ccmuser"? I tried to login the page with GUI admin but I cannot login to the page with GUI admin (once enter username and password the login page appear again)and if I use LDAP user to login I get authentication failure message. Since for CUCM to ccmuser page is for end user login I am not sure what should I do for CUPS.
