Hi There,
Can i get some feedback on the new software release 8.2 for ASA firewalls. I manage two of these, one is a 5510 and the other 5520. I know that it is better to have 512MB of memory. I'd like to get stats via netflow on these firewalls. I'm wondering if the new release will support netflow?
Much appreciated,
Esteban

8.2 does support netflow. 8.2 has been very stable on 20+ firewalls that I support. How much memory do you have in your ASA's?

8.2 DOES support netflow (NSEL). Ive implemented firewalls on this version and have used netflow successfully.

256 MB RAM.
The show memory output,
Free memory: 66163736 bytes (25%)
Used memory: 197389160 bytes (75%)
------------- ----------------
Total memory: 263552896 bytes (100%)
Do you think it will be enough memory to run 8.2?
Regards,
Esteban
