Msgs via Phone Messenger Service

hi all,

i have cisco presence 7.0.i have configured IP Phone Messenger Service. i am not able to send msgs.

as per user guide of cisco ip phone messenger, for sending text i need to go in contacts then detail then compose, but in my case i am getting only Exit or more key if i press detail key on any contact !!! can any one tell what is wrong !!!!

When troubleshoot CUPS related issues, CUPC is the fundamental tool (even though you don't plan to use it in production).

Can you send/receive IM with CUPC at all?
