Extension Mobility issue

We have setup extension mobility for users.

I have subscribed EM service and Logout services. I can log into EM, but when I want to logout, I get error message saying HOST NOT FOUND.

I looked on the documentation and everything looks good.. Please help..

Is the UDP subscribed to EM?
