Voice muting while calling PSTN

I had a customer how have a problem with voice muting when he calls PSTN or receive calls from PSTN for a seconds, the device map is SPA400-----SR216------SR216(the switches are connected wireless)-------SPA9K, all the devices are with the latest firmware, I asked him to send me the configurations files and I noticed that the force media proxy  was enabled after disabling it the problem was solved for a while and now occur again ,any ideas how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

Hi djmohame,

Force media proxy should only affect SIP calls so it's probably the restart that's causing the config to work for a while.

Suggest to the customer that they configure the system per the Installation Guide and use the SPA9000 Setup Wizard to appropriately configure all devices.
