Hi All
Currently running two dialers pumping out about 30,000 records dayily. Out of these only about 4,000 actually get to voice.
Looking at the reporting i can see there are alot of calls failing because of No Ringback.
I would have expected all calls to be failing if it was getting no ring back from the gateways/Dial peers.
Any ideas what can cause that or more detail on what it actually means?

Might be you are placing those calls too quickly, try modifying the throttling parameters, refer to the admin guide on it.

It is set following the SRND which is a count of 10 and time of 2. Would you suggest bringing the count down to 5? Or increasing the time?
