The ATA 186 is not allowing the second port to allow external calling only the first port. Any ideas I saw some information about codec when using a h323 gateway

Have you enabled the 2nd port thru the web interface? The parameter is UID1, set it to 1 to enable.

Yes this was set, I can make calls internally but can't call out

Hi Rohini,
The second port of an ATA can only use g.711 maybe this is the issue.
