MAC addresses aren't appear on the port.

I have a problem.

When I connect somethings to ports such as a pc, a sever, a swich and a router, their MAC address are not appear on the ports.

As a matter of course, I adjusted the speed and duplex each other.

Empty ports have the same problem without used ports.

What should I do ?

- Are you having the same problem is you connect one of those PCs to a port on the WS-X6248-RJ-45 module?

- Under the show int f13/1, do you see an increasing input packet count? any errors?

- Is the STP state FWD, use sh spann int f13/1 ?

-> Yes, all empty(notconnect) ports except that ports is already in use by user have the same problem.

- Under the show int f13/1, do you see an increasing input packet count? any errors?

-> Input packet count and any errors are always "0".

- Is the STP state FWD, use sh spann int f13/1 ?

-> The STP state is FWD.

What do you think of this problem ?

-> Input packet count is increasing but I don't know the packet.
