Click to Call Error

Unanswered Question

When I launch the Client connecting to UCM 7.02 I get a Click to Call Dialog box with an error stating The Service is overloaded. retry the call

If problem persists please contact your phone administrator.

I also noticed this crashed the CCMIP. I restarted the process on the CCMIP Server and rerun the Client, but the same error and same result. Any ideas??

Go to CUCM > System > Service Parameters > Cisco WebDialer Web Service. Check the IP addresses there.
