IPCX High Availabilty in diferent servers

I have a MCS-7835-H2-CCX1 IPCX 4.0 server and I want to migrate to IPCX 7 purchasing an aditional server. I think the new server will be greater in CPU and disk space.

The question is: Can I install the old server and the new server with HA?

yes, you can but:

The limitation is that secondary IPCCX in the cluster must have bigger or equial HDD to the first node in the cluster.

So, in my case, the client wanted the primary to be the new server, so I simply upgraded the hard drives in the old one to be slightly bigger.

alternatively you can have old one as a primary node in the cluster and have the new one to be the second node.
