What is the best practice to rely two (2) sites with CCM7?

Should I use gatekeeper?

Should be the Voice gateway will be a gatekeeper and a h323 Voice Gateway?

You don't need a gatekeeper. Just configure each remote as ICT trunk with the right numbers and that's it.

And how about RSVP ? CAC ?

I don't understand when I'll use gatekeeper, and When i just use a H323 Gateway or How CCM will manage the codecs?

I already read the SRND but i don't understand the usage of these devices.

The network diagram is in the attached file.

Don't keep realy the site in the othercountry.

If you have bandwidth as is common these days, you don't need to worry about these things.

If you don't, configure the remote as g.729. Since all the phones can do that, no transcoding is necessary.
