We have a site with 6 FXO lines. They want extensions 201 and 202 to make outgoing calls on 0/1/0, 0/1/1, or 0/1/2. All other calls should go out 0/1/3, 0/2/0, and 0/2/1.
What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

The easiest way to do this is to configure the system in hybrid mode. Extensions 201 and 202 will have a unique button-to-line mapping (key system), while the other extensions can do PBX with the rest of the PSTN lines.
