We have recently installed a MPE server and have noticed some latency when using SSL. Specifically, when conducting a meeting (on the same LAN segment as MPE) we are seeing >500ms latency as indicated by the speed/security icon in the upper right of the presenter window. We are seeing normal <10ms when SSL is turned off.
I am being told that this is normal, but it seems a bit excessive to be considered SSL overhead. Also, if it is normal why is the speed/security icon in the upper right corner turning from green to orange which seems to indicate trouble.
Can anyone else provide the statistics from installed MPE servers?

I think Re-installation for the MPE is to solve this issue. Before re-installation take SSL certification backup. You can restore SSL certs from the archive.

Yes, I thought the same thing and re-installed MPE and the same issue still exists.
