The DEL /F command reports the same thing? If so, a backup process may still be running (backups are run out of Windows AT, not Daemon Manager). Check for any running Perl processes, and kill them. Then try and remove the lock file. If in doubt, reboot.

What error do you get trying to delete it? What if you use DEL /F from a DOS prompt?

Hi Joe,

The error shown Can't delete the file as it is used by another person or another process.
