What is error msg "mandatory ie missing (96)" in dial-peer

Hi Guys,


Is there anyone can help to enlighten me regarding on this error mandatory ie missing (96). Im using a callmanager (non-cisco) and we are getting this error on my voice-gateway whenever we tried to do an outgoing call. Our ISP said that the lease line is a "national line" and it should be the same config on our end. We haven't experienced this in "international line". Appreciate if someone could help me on this matter.
