How do I reset a 7921 WiFi phone to factory default settings

I am unable to reset the 7921g phone to factory settings can anyone help?

Hi PPD,

I believe the sequence is;

Settings> Phone settings> Press **2, it will display "start factory reset now"> Select Yes
