I have a UCCX 7.0 and the Cisco Desktop Call/Chat Services crashed. Does anyone have fix for this ?

Sounds like a TAC Case to me. They'll want Debug logs from both the client and server I'm sure. Not much help I know but there are alot of things that could cause a crash.
