Remote access to the switch when lost console and telnet access

Hello everyone,

I have lost the access due to a bug on 4 x 3750s stack from remotely..

I do have console server, but neither showing the prompt to login via console nor via telnet. but it whos the syslog when taken the console session.

I need to gain access to this switch, is there any one knows how can I take the remote control or fix the issue to get ths control?

I have access of the device configs over SNMP via solarwinds "download config/upload config or config viewer".

any help will be appreciated..

If its a bug such as a memory issue then the only way may be to have someone reload the box at an appropriate time .
