and i'd like ask: Do I have to every time when i want to announce 1 new prefix, adding entry in both ASA ( acls + network statement) and both routers ? Maybe there is another way, solution ?

An easier way would be to have a GRE tunnel between the 2 routers, and pass your OSPF over the GRE tunnel.
