Unity 4.2 call screening for direct calls

I have a subscriber who is the CFO of the company. He wants to have call screening on all of his calls, but it seems only available for indirect calls. Is it possible to screen direct calls too? I am running Cisco Unity 4.2(1) with Call Manager ver. 4.1(3).
