3825-Flash issue

Due to power fluctuation 3825 router goes in rommon.we tried it to recover but showing some error as below while booting.

boot: cannot open "flash:"

boot: cannot determine first executable file name on device "flash:"

i tried it by using tftpdnld , it boots but doesnot show flash:

show flash:

%Error show flash: (No device available)

though removing and inserting flash chip, it doesnot work, can somebody suggest ?

Can get another flash and upload the IOS via tftpdnld? Sounds like the CF may be faulty.

Thanks for your help.

After giving some rest to router , it powered on without any issue.Can i go with it or is there any troubleshooting should we do to find the issue with Flash?
