I already cange the MOH file at Telephony-service.
After that change, all of the call coming from outside can hear new MOH but internal call cannot hear that new MOH.
Is there any command to add?
If any, anyone pls guide me.
As you said telephony-service I suposse you are running a CallManager Express, if that is, you should configure multicast, like this:
multicast moh 220.127.116.11 port 2000
Try it and see if this is the solution.
