Catalyst Express 500 vs 520 [24TT models]

Other than the 500 having 32MB of RAM, and the 520 having 64MB of RAM, what are the actual differences? They both have an 8.8Gbps backplane, SRR QoS, 802.1x, CCA support, 32 VLANs, 8000 entry MAC table, 6 ether-channels, RSTP/STP, SSL encrypted managment traffic, SNMPv3, and 802.1q trunking.

Am I missing something?

A. The Cisco Catalyst Express 500 was designed for small and medium businesses with fewer than 250 users. The CE 500 is deployed, configured and managed by the Cisco Network Assistant. The Catalyst Express 520 Series is a component of the Cisco Smart Business Communication System (SBCS). It was designed to easily integrate into SBCS a complete system of advanced voice, data, video, and wireless networking products designed specifically for SMBs.
