Is it possible to send the factory restart sequence to an IP phone? We are migrating from 4.1 to 7.1 and the CTL file on the phone is forcing us to do a manual factory reset. We have many phones in other states and would prefer to do this ourselves remotely rather than force the task on someone local to the site to go phone to phone doing the reset.
