is there any way to configure a notification to the end user that a call is being received before the autoawnser picks up.

I have this problem too.

Is your a call center ?

Disable auto-answer and set a short ring time before calls goes to next in group.

You will be able to unanswered calls pulling statics from the system.

Yes it is a call center. The call center plataform is Genesys.
