Port restart delay on PA-8E1/120

i have PA-8E1/120 installed on my local and remote router (7206), whenever there is a fiber switchover (which only takes 55 ms on WAN side) the E1 controllers on both router takes 1000 ms to comeup.

Actually its badly effecting the service as the default application timer is set to 500 ms and I want E1 controllers to comeup is less than 500 ms.

Is there any way that I can fine tune the E1 controllers restart delay timer .... ?

There are no documents about.

If you need sub-second switchover, bring the fiber directly to the router.
