I have a customer for whom we have integrated a 3845 for PSTN access in front of a Siemens Hicom. We have had to implement overlap receiving on the E1 ties to the Hicom and users are complaining of the secondary dialtone in the middle of the dial string. Is there a way to get rid of this secondary dialtone without causing adverse affects on telephony operation?
