i have been told that we are sending to our call collector, both cdr and cmr records. i have been requested to stop the cmr records from being sent. is anyone familar with where i can find this to stop cmr from being sent.
disabled, but am still seeing cmr records being sent. any services that need to be start/stopped to make effective?
