CCMUser web option - 5.1.3 - Call forward field not available

Hello I am running a CUCM 5.1.3. I woould like to give the Call Forwarding management option via the Cisco CallManager User Options (CCMUser)web site.

The Entreprise Parameters are correctly configured and the Users are all in the Standard CCM End Users Group, but the Call Forward option doesn't appear under the Device Menu.


Do you know if this is a bug of teh 5.1.3?

I used Call Manager5.12. Under Device, click "line settings". you will see call forwarding settings.

Hello, under line setting I can see all the features configured under Entreprise Manager, except Call Forwarding.


Any suggestion?
