Hi!
I have 2 WAN connections, both with pptp connection.
Linksys RV082
Firmware version : 2.0.0.19-tm (Feb 20 2009 15:15:20) |
CPU : Intel IXP425-533 | DRAM : 32M | Flash : 16M |
rv082 don't connect to vpn servers (windows 2003 based), systemlog looks like:
Aug 25 17:10:23 2009 | System Log | [ppp200] : Connection down ! |
Aug 25 17:10:23 2009 | System Log | [ppp200] : ip 192.168.0.79 mask 255.255.255.255 remote 192.168.0.77 gateway 192.168.0.77 flag 0x10 metric 40 mtu 1400 dns1 192.168.0.11 dns2 0.0.0.0 |
Aug 25 17:10:23 2009 | System Log | [ppp200] : Connection up ! |

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to use Quick VPN client and 2 wan connections? Are your 2 wan connections working as the pptp server, or are they acting more like IPSEC tunnels to other routers? Need more details about your setup and needs.

What is the service (cable, dsl, etc.) on the pptp connection side? This sounds like it could be an mtu issue.

I do not have the equipment necessary to replicate your issue. The only recommendation I can make is to contact the small business support center for your country and do some troubleshooting with an STAC engineer. You can find the number here.

You will need the model and serial number when you call.
Good Luck,
Bill
