Unity Connection upgrade from 2x to 7x

Hi we are upgrading from 2.x to 7.x so that we can use the feature ' smtp message relay' - is there a way of bulk updating the existing users so this new feature can be enabled for all users?...cheers, jag

Hi Jag,

You should be able to update these via the Bulk Edit utility > Message Actions > Accept and Relay (action)

can you select all the users at once and add thier smtp addresses from a csv ?

You can use the BAT tool to add the smtp address.

for a user account, under edit, smtp address theres a field there. Under mesage action, to forward messages to an smtp address i have to enter an smtp address, how can I do this using BAT?
