BARS is not finished

Callmanager 4.1(3)sr5b cluster.

BARS Version: 4.0.10000

BARS is freezing at "Opening session for backup on IPCCSERVER", I also tried the way to shut down the BARS at COM+ Component, and restart the BARS, not working for this issue. Any way can resume BARS?

Acess the web BARS, have this information:

A backup or restore process is in progress.

Please try again after some time.

you can try and reset the service for this in CUCM. This will effectively stop the BARs backup. Then try it again.

Yes, I did stop the BARS and restarted BARS again, BARS went well till get freezing information at "Opening session for backup on IPCCSERVER", the same as previous couple of times. any idea for this issue?
