Solved: IP phone registers with original CM after server reboot?

This is perhaps a simple question

1. device pool dictates CM1 is active and CM2 is standby for the phone

2. if CM1 reboots, during the downtime phone will falls back to CM2

3. After CM1 is back to life, would phone register to CM1 again? or stays with CM2 unless phone is rebooted?

The phone would register back with CM1 after it is available again.

noticed the following:

1. there was little downtown when CM2 kicks in as CM1 rebooted

2. when CM1 is back and takes its role as Active CM again from CM2, phones lost dial-tone for a couple of minutes.
