my requirement is something like that.
basically we have a helpdesk for ticket logging and remote help of branches and regional offices
these are 2 extensions.
these guys are too much busy that 2 to 3 calls are in queue and when the calls are in queue branch peoples thinks they are not picking fone.
i want to play an IVR when the call recieved from internal extension as well as from outside.
what i have to do.
some sort of scripting or any other option available.
