Contact Center: Transfer between agents on same CSQ

hi i'm facing one problem in my ACD setup.


in my ACD setup, calls are landing properly. once call islanded agent wants to transfere the call to another agent within the same CSQ. it takes around 40 sec to 1 min to transfere the call.


what may be reason please help......


agent is transfering the call like internal transfere only......
