3 bundled analog line dedicated for outbound calls.
the outbound calls always show the pilot number as caller-ID. I want to modify this to show the originating number. In Callmanager it is very easy to do with definition or called / calling number. But I am not sure how to do it in CME. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
first you need confirm your calls have via other analog line except that line's number is pilot number.
then you need confirm with local sp that they did not translate others line caller-id to pilot number.
