You haven't provided detail about devices you are using but in general it is possible to configure your firewall to translate packet sourced from subnet 172.16.36.0 into subnet 10.24.113.0 as it enters in your firewall. But besides doing this natting you will require to do few routing changes for this new subnet 10.24.113.0.
You will need to provide routing for translated IPs 10.24.113.0 to your routers and beyond it if you have upstream network. This is because your router and its upstream network will need route back for subnet 10.24.113.0 pointing towards your firewall.
