Blank CIPC Service page

Hello!


A customer of ours is getting a blank page when pressing the Services button. They are subcribed to certain services and have recently upgraded to the latest version. They can access the services URL in a browser. Does anybody have any ideas?

I've just come onto the netpro forum as i also have a customer with the same issue. They were using verion 7.0 of CIPC on CallMAnager 4.1(3), he says he has also tried version 2.1 of CIPC.


Services works fine from other IP Phones and like you say can see the XML code if using ie from the same pc.

This issue was resolved by disabling the Windows firewall. Make sure the PC meets the System Requirements of CIPC too.
