External Grammars with CVP

I am having some issues trying to use external grammars in my CVP deployment. Inline grammars work fine but when I try using external I receive an error message error.noresource. Any ideas on where to look? Or is there additional configuration required for external grammars? This is CVP 4.1. Thanks in advance.

It seems to be a configuration issue with the external grammar (either the URL or the actual grammar source).

The most common reasons why the error.noresource is thrown by GW are:

- URL for the external grammar is not reachable by GW. Note that VXML Server does not fetch the grammar at all

- The URL is a partial one preventing GW from fetching

If using Nuance, look at the trc.log or the SWMS log.txt.

Thanks guys. I've gotten past the no.resource error (it was a licensing issue) and now see this error in Nuance: |OSR Plugin|The grammar <>field1754@field.grammar> is not loaded I can browse to the grxml file from the Nuance server but it doesn't seem to be loading correctly. Any ideas? Thanks
