Hi
We haev UCCX 7 with CUCM 7. We have observed that when the agent extension is changed on the CUCM administration page, it takes 25-40 mins to take effect, that is, if extension is changed from 1000 to 1001 for agent 'A', Agent is not able to login to new extension 1001 for next 25-40 mins.
How can we overcome this wait time?

IP Phone
Phone load
Was there any upgrade or change done before the problem rose?

UCCX v 7.0
Cisco IP Phone 7942
Default Phone Load
This is a new setup for UCCX, no new changes or upgrades performed after the initial setup.
