Hello,
How can I ensure that if telco is sending the caller-id with external calls that it is coming through the 2851 and that I will see it on the phones? Is there any settings I need to check or configuration on the gateway? Thanks

Hi Jason,
If you're using an FXO (pots) port with MGCP, you will not receive caller ID. It's a CUCM limitation that should be fixed into 8.x
