transaction cancelled by remote system when i put ios by xmodem.
what may be problem?
my router is 3640,16 mb flash 64 mb ram.

Is there sufficient available free flash space for IOS you're attempting to load?

You never need to use xmodem.
Type tftpdnld and use ethernet interface.
