CUCM 7.1.2 - Call-Forward No Answer Internal and External

I'am trying to call forward to my main AA from a one line 7911 phone when there is no answer. However when the ring duration runs out if sends it to unity and says there is no mailbox, which there isn't. When I set call forward all to the main AA it works. Does this have to do with the default behavior of call-forward? Is there any work around to this? Thanks

Default is original called number is used to determine mailbox, if 7911 line has no VM it's expected.

You would need to configure forward routing rules in Unity to catch the call
