Subscribers are not receiving MWI alert when msgs are in the mailbox. Also, the mailboxes are stating "the mailbox is full" without any msgs in the mailbox.

I have this problem too.

Unified or Voice Mail Only? It's possible in either situation, that their Deleted Items still are taking up their mailbox quota.
