I am wondering if the ER Pub and Sub can be on different networks...ie over MPLS? I can't seem to find any info on this in the install guide.

Technically, you could put it anywere as long as the connection doesn't timeout. I don't recall if Cisco support CER across WAN or not.

You are correct, we have our CER Pub on a 10.50 and our sub on a 10.3 accross the WAN using MPLS. Works fine.
