We have recently gone to CCM 6.1. Extension Mobility (phone logins) seems to take up to 20 seconds or more at times.. Once you enter your userid and password the previous details on the continues to display for at least 20 more seconds before switching over.. any ideas please? Has anyone else seen this issue? have not experienced this in 4.1.3 (my old ccm)...thanks.
