When using custom keypad mappings: What is the expected behavior when keypad options are established(ie. a key sequence is assigned) but not voiced in the menu (check box unchecked)if the user presses the key assigned to "help" (versus repeat menu options)? I would expect that the menu would not voice the option, but pressing the assigned help key would voice all options that have a keypad assignment. However, what we see is that only the voiced options are given when the assigned help key is pressed.

Is this as designed?

I have this problem too.

I assume you mean 7.1(2)? Yes - that's by design. The help will play full versions (as opposed to brief versions) of the menu entries for items set to voice.
