No Music on Hold

Hi, we have CUCM 6 and other Cisco MGCP and H323 GWs. Music on hold and call transfer has been working fine, but since Friday they has stopped working for external callers. I have made two calls coming in from two different MGCP GW and I don't hear any MOH. I am also not able to call the CTI RP from my softphone.

Appreciate your help.

If MOH was working before I feel its a good idea to restart IPVMS(IP voice media streaming service).

Secondly if it is working for internal callers then it might be related to codec issue(I mean u might be using G711 internally and G729 for external callers)

Also check if something in MTP changed.

Lastly u might need to gather CUCM and IPVMS traces to troubleshoot MOH issues.

Thanks for the suggestions, I reset the CCM service and it fixed it.
