Solved: 7911 ip phone hang while load file upgrade

While new installation 7911 ip phone are getting hang in the process of load file upgrade from SCCP11.8-3-2S to SCCP11.8-4-1SR2S due less bandwidth between CCM & IP phone. In hang ip phone its key and display does not work even after rebooting. Even factory reset keys does not work. Is there any way to make these hang ip phone work again.

If you search the forum, it has been discussed many times.

Of course you have to unzip the files as mentioned before.

Yes, use tftpd32, set dhcp option 150 to be PC address, and you should be able to load all files.

plz tell mw what all file I need to keep in tftp server root directory. Is any cahnge in file name is required.
